Q1: What’s included in the $99/year subscription?
Your subscription includes full access to all geospatial layers, offline functionality, mobile syncing, and advanced tools such as breadcrumb tracking, waypoint management and tenement filtering (coming soon). You also get priority customer support and access to regular updates.
Q2: Is the mobile app included in the subscription?
Yes, the mobile app is included in the Detector Maps subscription, but it will be officially released in Late March 2025. Subscribers will have access as soon as it launches.
Q3: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Detector Maps subscription is an annual commitment and cannot be canceled at any time. Once subscribed, you will have access for the full 12-month period, after which you can choose to renew or not.
Q4: How do I get support if I have issues?
You can get support through email support or live chat.
Q5. Why is Detector Maps $99 for all states?
Whilst we have made every effort to keep the costs down in the development of Detector Maps, there is a significant cost involved in storing and maintaining all of this data online. Price points for each subscription are estimated based on a per-user basis to accommodate for fees associated with server hosting, computing, pull-request and uploading requirements. Lower price points generally reflect lower volumes of data in respective states.
